Pre Season continues for the squad ahead of the new season starting in August. As they enter the second week the lads went up the Cavehill for a run and as you can see they are certainly enjoying themselves as they work hard.
The first week back they where given a lesson in Hyrox led by Gymco instructor Paul Beattie and now they are up hills doing more leg work. The feedback from the lads is extremely positive as was the result against East Belfast on Saturday and long may it continue.
